Hey guys...time for a masala question...
As per the text book A vibrating object, which produces sound ,has a certain amount of energy which travels in the form of sound waves.....so the question appears that is this energy a kinetic energy or potential energy.....
Plz answer and let us have a comment session on this question....
This time no spam plz

elbert80: it is kinetic energy whent it vibrating or in motion but when it goes at the last ponit of rarefaction it get potential energy then kinetic energy.....

In above case,
An outside source is applying energy to the vibrating object to produce sound. It is converting into kinetic energy.

it might be kinetic energy beoz sound wave can travel and have movement and in potential energy some height is required which is not present in required condition

ojaswani74: :)
1lovelysweety: Ur class
ojaswani74: 11
1lovelysweety: Ok cool
ojaswani74: and urs
udaymehtani: For potential energy height is not required in all cases. Potential Energy could also be in a spring or rubber band at 0 height.
udaymehtani: Brainliest pls
ojaswani74: but this case is different
udaymehtani: Text me I will send you a detailed description
udaymehtani: Btw pls see if you can answer my questions
