On the left side of the page, just next to the margin, write the sender’s address in short eg. 324 Tilak Nagar

Sir/ Ma’am

Leave a line n start the letter. Divide in to three paragraphs. Introduction, issue in detail and solution.

Leave a line and conclude with Yours truly and below it put ur name in full in running handwriting…next line below it, write ur name in caps in full for formal letters n for informal letters, you write Dear xyz instead of sir/ma’am, no subject is there and in salutation at end, just write ur first name in running hand.
