Most probably the results will be declared by March 2019. So, you need to wait till then with great patience and perseverance.
Last year it was declared in March 2018 for the exam which was conducted in the year 2017.
SMTE exams viz., Science & Maths Talent Examinations are conducted for admissions to various schools like DPS all over the country.

first comes by december then 2nd level is on jauary and results of 2nd level come during february. i am saying this with confidence because i have experienced the same this year. i got my 2nd level result on 10th feb
