r is radius of top cone
(h/2)/h=r/10
r=5 cm
volume of top cone=25h(pi)/6 cm3
volume of bottom cone=100h(pi)/3 cm3
volume of remaining part of cone=
100h(pi)/3 cm3-25h(pi)/6 cm3
=175(pi)/6 cm3
ratio is
25h(pi)/6 cm3:175(pi)/6 cm3
= 1:7
