Strong, beautiful and Marvelous these are the words that suit a woman.
What cannot a Lady do?!
They are Astronauts, Scientists, Doctors, engineers.
They rock the profession they choose!
But, the ability of woman in making their own choices or decisions is largely suppressed since ages, considering them inferior to men.
This discriminating practice gave rise to the Term 'Woman Empowerment'.✨
Women empowerment is the empowerment of women which helps them to take their own decisions by breaking all personal limitations of the society and family.
According to the Constitution of India, it is legal to grant equality to women in the society in all fields just like men.
But that's not true!
Women are far more great and superior than men!
Half power of the country is constituted by woman. So, if we want to make this country fully powerful, women empowerment is very necessary.
A famous saying by the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru is:
“To awaken the people, it is the women who must be awakened. Once she is on the move, the family moves, the village moves, the nation moves”.
And, this saying indeed stands true.
A woman gives birth to babies and hence, helps the Nation to grow.
If we really want to empower woman in India then, we will have to kill all
the demons killing women’s values.
Nowadays, evils like,
Dowry, Female Infanticide, Rape, prostitution, sexual harassment, domestic violence etc. are reigning the society.
To empower woman, we will have to take major steps to eradicate these evils, to drive them out of our society.
One major step that families, schools etc can take is to promote woman empowerment from childhood.
It is said that a child, in his growing years, is like soil that is used for making earthen vessels, it would take whatever shape it is set in. So, these years are really important. It would be good if parents teach their children about these.
Therefore, to really bring women empowerment in the Indian society, it needs to understand and eliminate the main cause of the ill practices against women.
The society needs to be open-minded and change the old mind set against women together with the constitutional and other legal provisions.

Women Empowerment : A necessity
Women Empowerment is now-a-days a necessity. Women's Empowerment means to empower women, that they can do each and every thing a man can do. So, to support women and empower them, indian government is still working. They have passed many law for the welfare of women. There are several occasions in which, we are being known about the the rights and power of the women. Some of them include, International women's day, mother's day, and many more.
But these things will not change the mentality of the world. So, who can change this? None other than, we people. Yeah! Only we youth of the country can change this system of discrimination.
Since past many years, women's right is taken from them. Women have the right to complain about their exploitation, but many women who are from villages, can not take advantage of their rights. So, who are responsible for this? We people only. So, let's contribute in the women Empowerment and show the men who thinks that, women are need for doing household activities, that women can do everything.
And I think, women are foolish to think that they are equal to men because they are far superior than men and has always been. I'm very proud, that I'm a girl and the citizen of India. Our country is most developing country in the world and women are the half power of a country. So, save girl child and empower women.
