hey guyss !! :) good night 1 question for you
a person moves a distance of 3 km towards east, then 2km towards east again. find
(I). the distance covered by the person
(ii). the displacement of motion.
(iii). name the type of motion in which a body has uniform speed but not uniform velocity.

here's the answer sis☺:-

if we'll like to talk of magnitude of displacement so we will have like that :-

√(2)²+(3)²

√4+9

√13

it's the average magnitude of the motion of displacement is like that and as the distance is in same way so distance equals = displacement .

which mean this motion is translatory motion ☺
