Nepal is preparing to measure the Himalayas. In fact, Nepal is trying to tide over whether the world's highest peak in 2015 has affected the world's highest peak.

Nepal is going to do it for the first time. According to an English newspaper, Ganesh Prasad Bhatt, head of the government survey department said, 'Nepal has never measured the height of Everest itself, so we want to prove to our people that Nepal is capable of measuring Everest.'

The official height of Mount Everest is 8,848 meters and it falls in the Himalayan mountain region. It was first recorded in an Indian survey in 1954.

Nepal has already tried to measure Everest's height but it could not be successful. There is a difference between the height of the Everest and China between him and China.

China has always been saying that the height of Mount Everest should be measured according to the 'rock heights', i.e. the rocks have to be measured, the height should be measured. But Nepal has always been measuring up to the height of the snow.

In 2010, there was a consensus on the height of Everest in both countries at 8,848. In May 1999, the US measured the height of Everest by using GPS technology, measuring 8,850 meters.
