it's very easy
1. Draw AB 7.3 cm.
2. Then put scale On a and draw a segment
3. then again compass downwards and same do
4. the divide line into five equal parts from both sides .
5.join points a diamond shaped figure will be constructed.

first draw a line segment of length 7.3 cm and keep the point of compass at the starting point of the line and take more than half and make arc now do the same at the other now mark a point and draw a line and the line will come exactly in the middle of the line and it's measure will be 90° both the sides.....now let's start from right side. u can see L shape...now point the compass at the starting point of L and make an arc now point the compass at the end of L and make the arc.....now make a point now draw a line through it....do it at the other side I mean other 90°...it will be mirrored L do the same and u will get 5 equal parts .....
