hey i have to ask a question about how to concentrate on studies . whenever i learn something it doesn't go into my mind and also i fell bore while studying

That might may be because you study in bedroom or sitting in bed this makes you sleepy and makes your study boring to concentrate on study you must use table and chair ....

Take nice bath under cold water before studying it helps to avoid stress
Keep surrounding clean
also never keep anything near which attract us
Take some break
