Bhi sun 12 mai sab ka brain khud se hi hai focus ho jata hai.
therefore is you need some tips:
1. Everyday morning listened motivation channels (Team Tgp) with earphone.
2. Don't install any games and delete social media expect what'sapp.
3. khudh mein kuch kar dikhane ka belive rakho.
