Hey , i really confused in learning colour of ph paper.
Plzzz help me . So i could get good marks.

less then 7are acidic 7is neutral and more than 7is basic

The first thing that you should know is that there are 14 divisions on your ph paper.
=7 .... Neutral
<7 .... Acidic
>7 ..... Basic
So, number 1 to 7 - Acidic
number 7 - Neutral
number 7 to 14 - Basic
Secondly, the colour goes in the order of VIBGYOR (Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red) from 14 to 1.
I've given board exams last year, so I know that learning all colours isn't important. You should just remember what I've already told you. Imortant to remember is -
Ph of Milk of magnesia (Frequently asked) - it is 10. (Basic)
Ph of Lime - 2.2 (Acidic)
Ph of Pure distilled water - 7 (Neutral)
Learn NCERT by heart.
