Yes, if any moderator delete your answer or the question you had answered then your marks will be subtracted from your total points.

But only the points which were in that question will be subtracted. Like you had answer any wrong answer to a question of 5 points then your 5 points will be subtracted from your total points.

But it will happen if you answer any stupid things or wrong answer in a logical or academic question. So, be sure to answer logical and meaningful answers.
