initial Momentum = P1 = mass ×initial linear velocity = 100kg × 5 = 500kgm/s
final momentum = P2 = mass × final linear velocity = 100×8 = 800kgm/s

F = ∆P/∆T
F = P2-P1/∆T
F = 800-500/6
F = 300/6
F = 50N
