Physical fitness is very important for our life. As our generation is growing day by day, But there are very less people those who do exercise or sports. As we know that today's generation mainly focused in mobile phone, computer, laptop etc. Their are very less people those who do exercise on the daily basis. Physical fit person can do every exercise daily. Today's generation is known as modern generation where all are inganged in mobile phone, they are not taking care about there health.Sport is a game by which we can be physically fit.Sports are of different types. You can choose any of your favourite game and can play daily. If relax your mind,which is very important. By this article I want to say this be fit and be happy....
