Q) The product of two consecutive odd number is 483 . Find the numbers ?

Let the number be x
=>x, x+2


Now ATQ,

 =  > x(x + 2) = 483


 =  > x {}^{2}  + 2x = 483


 =  > x {}^{2}   + 2x - 483 = 0

splitting \: the \: middle \: terms

 = > x {}^{2}  + 23x - 21x - 483 = 0


 =  > x = 21 \:  \:  \: ans




we \: know \: that \: x  \: is \: not \: equal \: to \: zero

 =  > x + 2 = 23 \:  \:  \: ans
