Let the number be x
=>x, x+2


Now ATQ,

$= > x(x + 2) = 483$


$= > x {}^{2} + 2x = 483$


$= > x {}^{2} + 2x - 483 = 0$

$splitting \: the \: middle \: terms$

$= > x {}^{2} + 23x - 21x - 483 = 0$


$= > x = 21 \: \: \: ans$




$we \: know \: that \: x \: is \: not \: equal \: to \: zero$

$= > x + 2 = 23 \: \: \: ans$
