hey mate here's ur answer....

electric describe each electron as moving independently in an orbital, in an average field created by all other orbitals. Mathematically, configurations are described by Slater determinants or configuration state functions.

The electronic configaration is the distributation of electrons in an atom.

As there only highest 8 electrons an take place in each shell so if an atom contains exactly the full number of e' that is 8 at the last orbit then it is a stable atom otherwise it will perform chemical reaction (that is not stable -unstable)
