here is your answer

Balance forces are two forces acting in opposite directions on an object, and equal in size. Anytime there is a balanced force on an object, the object stays still or continues moving continues to move at the same speed and in the same direction.

Unbalanced forces can change the motion of an object in two ways. When unbalanced forces act on an object at rest, the object will move. In the two examples mentioned earlier, the net force on the object is greater than zero.

balanced forces:

if the resultant of all the forces acting on a body is zero the force are called balance force .

example ': the squeezing of a rubber ball.

non balanced forces:

ek deal turn off all the forces acting on a body is not zero the unbalanced force.

example: tug of war when one team suddenly releases the rope

skipping is an example unbalanced force because net resultant of all the forces on a body is not zero.

I hope it help you ❤️
