hey mates. plzzz answer this. i will mark u as brainliest. The mass of a boy is 20kg and the area of the sole of his foot is 0.01m2 . If g=10m/s 2, calculate the pressure exerted on the floor when he is standing on his

We know that,,

<b > <i > <marquee > Pressure=Force/Area

And Force = mass×acceleration

=mg =20×10=200N

i) When boy is standing on both feet, The area will be twice the area of the sole of his foot

=2×0.01

=0.02m²

So pressure =F/A

=200/0.02

=2×10²/2×10^-2

=10^4 Pascal=10000Pascal

ii) When boy is standing on one foot...

Force =200N

Area=0.01m²

Pressure = 200/0.01

=2×10²/10^-2

=2×10^4 Pascal≡20000Pascal
