Be prepared to repeat what you say, orally or in writing.. Like if they don't understand, you must repeat..
if you are in a public area with many distractions, consider moving to a quiet or private location or a calm location.
Be patient, flexible and supportive.. He/she should feel the sweetness in you
take some time to understand the person and give the person some time to understand you ..
