Resistance=Resistivitylength/crosssectional area

10ohm=1.6*10to the power minus 8*length/pi*0.25

10to the power 9=1.6*length/pi*0.25

10to the power 9=1.6*length/0.785

length =785*10 to the power5 cm

The resistance will double if the diameter becomes half.

Hope it helps .

The formula is given below

Resistance=Resistivitylength/crosssectional area

=> 10ohm=1.6*10^- 8*length/pi*0.25^2

=> 10^ 9=1.6*length/pi*0.25^2

=> 10 ^ 9=1.6*length/0.19625

=> length =19625*10 ^3 cm

The resistance will double if the diameter becomes half.

Hope it helps
