I'm 13 now &
my periods started in August 2020 when I was 12 year's of age and now my periods are coming late what should I do
(Actually I done exercise too much isn't this is the reason)

Is 12 years of age is normal for having periods ​

This is not a reason that you do exercise and your periods are coming late.

I think you are suffering from thyroid.

Because a girl suffering from thyroid having late periods and its normal nowadays for coming periods at age of 12 .
