If u're saying 'bout rape cases okk dat happends in some remotes places in india nd its very rare.bt all the victims r given justice here. I can mention several cases i which rapist are not punished in pak.(zainab ansari case.a child bt still justice denied.(sir i really dont intend to shame ur nation bt just for info nd hope we'll hav healthy arguments without a wratful debate so dat i give u smple respect as my brother)
