⊙After deep sleep your brain starts to perk up and it's electrical activity starts to resemble the brain when it is awake. This is the period of the night when most of the dreams happened. Your muscle is temporarily paralyzed and your eyes dart back and forth. This stage is known as rapid eye movement sleep.
