When The person E pushes the stone, Person D will escape through the hollow cavity of the stone1 ..

Then when the stone1 reaches the swing,, the weight will be balanced as the stones seem to be similar..(stone2 will be a bit heavier as it not has the cavity..bit the mass of both of them is almost same so the see-saw would come to a steady position in slightly bent towards left. )..so, there will be no movement in the stones so no one will die.. as there is no threat of the stone coming to A and B as there is a wall in between..

So.. finally..the answer is..
No one dies..
