Tonicity is a property which highlights the relative concentration of two solutions.
Basing on the concentrations of the solutions, solutions can be divided into three types :
1. Hypertonic (conc. of a given solution is more than the other)
2. Hypotonic (conc. of a given solution is less than the other)
3. Isotonic ( concentrations of both the solutions are in equilibrium)
