HEY!!!
________________
Let the number of benches be x
The number of benches required for 6 students is (x+1)
the number of student = 6 (x+1)___(1)
and secondly if 7 students are made to sit on these benches then 5 of them are left
so the number of students = 7x-5 __(2)
equating 1 and 2
6x+6=7x-5
7x-6x=6+5
x=11
so number of benches =11
and number of students =6 (x+1)
6 (11+1)=6×12=72
