Protozoa are unicellular animals with cellular level of oganisation.

Metazoa are multicellular animals, which are further divided into Parazoa and Eumetazoa based on complexity of body structure. In Parazoans, the cells are loosely aggregated and do not form tissues or organs, example are sponges.
