Colloids. A colloid is a heterogeneous mixture in which the dispersed particles are intermediate in sizebetween those of a solution and asuspension. The particles are spread evenly throughout the dispersion medium, which can be a solid, liquid, or gas.

A solution is a combination of Two or more Substances that are miscible with each other . This can Include two Liquids such as water and alcohol... A colloid is a dispersion of Solid / Liquid in a Liquid in which the Particles are so small that they do not Settle out.
Thank you.
