Answer: if a brainly user talks vulgur with you or misbehaves the brainly starts and brainly benefactors can post a message about that particular user and show them few proofs against the user, if he or she continues to behave the same after several warnings then that might lead to the deleting AND BLOCKING THEIR IP FOREVER ( so that they donot return with new fake accounts) by the senior moderators!
