PLZZZ ANSWER THIS....why is the flow of signals in a synapse from axonal end of a neurone 2 dendritic end of another neurone but not in the reverse direction....

Because the function of dendrites are to collect information and then axon turns the information into impulse, these functions can't be reversed because if no impulse will generate how will the message transmitt.....

This is because the chemicals are only present at only one end of the axon terminal.
