taking loan for higher studies is not pretty easy, they ask you different questions about what you are going to study, what's your family income, and specially how you will return the loan.. However, many private banks are there, who offer you study loans on a reasonable interest.

try to apply loan from them, they will definitely help.

they would ask you some frequent questions about your future plans and education sources, if they find it worthy they will definitely pass on the loan request...
