well this is a really hard task to do but there are many people who are having the ability to control their emotions.
many times it becomes hard for a person to live under certain circumstances. he/she may or may not react to them.
these are emotions.
there are some ways through which one may control these.
◆ you may use the secret ( book by Rhonda )
law of attraction will help you get anything you want.
◆ meditation helps a lot.
◆ keeping oneself calm in different situations can help one to take good decision.

How to Control Emotions?
For ya, to control emotions, ye can use emojis. ;p
But, for general public, controlling emotions is a difficult task. Emotions, overflowing it's banks can torture a whole world, or a whole person.
The main emotions which a human have are Happiness, Sadness, and Anger
:D Happiness couldn't be controlled or shouldn't be. Happiness is a gift. Only blessed ones can laugh and be happy endlessly. It's such a gift ye got of ye can't control your happiness. Ya! It's just a beautiful thing!
:( Sadness is of course inevitable, not like happiness. Happiness may come or may'nt come. But, Sadness will haunt all the humans in the world. It can be controlled in so many ways. Many times, in my personal experience too, all of us would be sad, but truth, is however, we don't have any reasons. We may think we have some reasons, but, nope. not at all. If we think of the sadness, ye may feel we are crying for no reason.
So, one way to control it is 'understand, there is no reason to cry, the only reason we are sad is we are sad'. No one or no thing can make us Sad actually.
The best possible way to get over sadness is going through happiness. But, sometimes, while being sad for 'very big reasons' we may'nt find the little things to be happy. so, the best and better way to control sadness is 'enjoy the little things are life'. Once ye start to enjoy, 'those little things may seem really big' I'm love with all those little things.
:'( Angriness - Maybe the most dangerous emotions in the world. ye know one thing, an angry face can destroy all and also construct something. Some angriness may cause a very good impact in life. The angriness generated when we get lost in something, it's of course, a very good angriness. This may boost you to win over the thing.
But, another type of angriness, is very dangerous, can destroy a lot of things, sometimes friendship, sometimes love and sometimes something that is very precious. Controlling anger is a very difficult task. But, inorder to be happy and continue our relations, we should control it.
• Whenever we are angry, try counting one to ten and count it in reverse. This may help ye. Seems unpoetical, but powerful.
• When ye are angry, shut up and keep silent. Never talk when you are angry as it may keep all your relations safer.
Another Quite common emotion is nervousness or fear. Dunno it's an emotion, maybe it's an emotion. It's very hard to control than the angriness.
• Breathe in, breathe out. A simpler measure to get over nervousness.
• Be confident enough on what ye have. This may help ye not to be nervous.
Finally, Get up, Dress up and Show up. Never Give up!
