if you complete 300 answers you can be a moderator

if u complete more than 300 answers u can be a moderator but along with that u have to take a lot of effort , that is , if you are answering there will be a clearenss to that answer and also mainly dont copy answers and dont use rude words . Then it is sure that u can be a moderator
