errect figures are called lateral inverse figure I. e whenever we see something in a plane Mirror we see the thing literally inverse.

Lateral inversion is the phenomenon due to which the left of an object appears to be right and the right appears to be it's left.

》 Lateral inversion is seen in case of plain mirror.

Standing in front of the plain mirror if we put our left hand up then the image lifts it's right hand up.
