Hey,

Gravitational constant denoted by G is a physical constant used by Sir Isaac Newton for his research and experiments on gravitation. Its value was given by Henry Cavendish. It means that the gravitational force shall stay constant in the whole universe. It also helped in deducing important conclusions for Theory of relativity i.e., understanding of spacetime fabric.

•It's value is 6.67×10^-11

I hope it helps you!!!!

So let us start with Gravitational Constant basic definition:-

Q1.What is Gravitational Constant?

answer➡️It is basically a constant which is used in Newton's law of Gravitation which states that each and every object in the universe attracts each other with a force which is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.

●It is denoted by G nad relates the masses of the objects.

Q2.What is its value?

answer⤵️⤵️

6.67 × 10^(-11)Nm^(2)kg(-2)

●But it must be noted that it is completely different from g which is the acceleration due to gravity.
