Answer:

Whitaker proposed that organisms should be broadly divided into kingdoms, based on certain characters like the structure of the cell, mode of nutrition, the source of nutrition, interrelationship, body organization, and reproduction. According to this system, there are five main kingdoms. They are: Kingdom Monera.

✨HOLA DOST!!!!✨

MONERA is one of the the kingdoms from the five important Whittaker's classified kingdoms.

The Whittaker's five kingdom classification includes :-

  • Monera
  • Protista
  • Fungi
  • Plantae
  • Animalia

Monera is described below.

Protista is the kingdom which includes unicellular Eukaryotic organisms, like;Paramecium,Amoeba and Euglena.

Fungi is a kingdom of heterotrophic Eukaryotic organisms. These usually decay organic material as food and their therefore called sacrophytes. For example; Aspergillus, Penicillium and Agaricus.

Plantae is the kingdom of multicellular eukaryotes which have cell walls and are autotrophs. They use chlorophyll for photosynthesis.Plantae is further divided into thallophyta, bryophyta, pteridophyta, gymnosperms and angiosperms.

Animalia is the kingdom which include organisms which are multicellular eukaryotes without cell walls and are heterotrophs. These Alpha divided into Porifera, Coelenterata (Cnidaria), Platyhelminthes ,Nematoda, Annelida ,Arthropoda, echinodermata ,protochordata( hemichordata), vertebrata( it includes Pisces, amphibia, reptilia, Aves and mammalia)

✔MONERA :-

⭐These organism that do not have a define nucleus organelles not do they show multicellular body designs.

⭐The mode of nutrition of organisms in this group can either be of synthesizing their own food that is autotrophic organism get from the environment that is heterotrophic.

⭐These group includes bacteria, blue green algae or cyanobacteria, and Mycoplasma.
