Heya...why do we have 2 courses in Hindi..for class 10th..with different syllabus..??

For class 10 by CBSE, there are 2 categories - 1 for Hindi medium schools (Hindi a) and another one for english (Hindi b).
Hindi A is comparatively tougher than Hindi B
