STEP 1: Right click on OMC > create >UTRAN SUBNETWORK

STEP 2: click UTRAN SUBNETWORK to open a dialogue box


STEP 3: Enter the SUBNETWORK id, and click <OK> to complete creation of the UTRAN SUBNETWORK.

Parameter description:

[SUBNETWORK ID] : the same as the RNC ID
