We should not drink water twice in Bisleri bottle because it may contains harmful bacteria in it.
It has been also found that chemical in plastic can leach in food and drink can cause cancer.

There are tons of plastics in the world and the vast majority are inert (not harmful to your health if ingested).
The concern that some had with some plastic bottles was with a plasticizer, called BPA, which was used to make polycarbonate bottles less brittle so that they would not crack when dropped. Due to the nature of this additive, it could leech out of the plastic into the water contained in the cup.
However, most manufacturers of plastic bottles and cups have fully eliminated BPA. So, there is no health reason not to drink water out of a plastic bottle.
Generally, plastic water bottles are fully recyclable. So, as long as you collect your bottles for recycling or use a re-usable plastic bottle to drink your water, there is no environmental reason to not drink water from a plastic bottle.
Indeed, plastic is more ductile and less likely to fracture on impact than glass and it is a better thermal insulator than metal, which makes it an ideal material to store water for drinking
