Sir,
Through the esteemed column of your newspaper, I wish to create an awareness among the public about pollution hazards.

Today the world has become too materialistic. Pollution has become a great threat to mankind. 

We have a large number of Acts, legislations, Constitutional amendments and Pollution Central Board of our country has failed to check this threat.

Air pollution is a serious threat at present. The concentration of the carbondioxide and other toxic gases such as chlorofluro carbon are highly increasing in their levels due to the over usage of vehicles. 

Lung cancer, Internal bleeding and blockage of respiratory system are among its serious effects.

I hope this will awaken the people to their role in making the environment clean by using the alternative resources such as pollution free bicycles for the transport for less distance travel.
