Physics because it is the most basic and wide ranging - dealing with matter, energy, motion, and force according to one definition.

because Chemistry is a subset of Physics, focusing on matter and its bonding energies

and Biology is subset of Chemistry, focusing in living things

Other specialisations are left as an exercise for the reader

Science used to be known as Natural Philosophy and involve all areas - but Physics is the simplest core.

(Applied Maths supports Physics, but is not usually regarded as a science.)

I think biology is the best because according to me if you prefer bio then  you can adopt medical line and in today's society doctors are needed to cure others.
