Firstly, Changing india is not a person's work. We have to change India and it's people together. So, it's not a matter of a month or a year, it requires a lot of time maybe one, two, three, four or five decades. For that you have to change yourself as well as your family, relatives and neighbours. There is a proverb that, ‘ charity begins at home' so, develop your thinking, don't see complaints and problems like problems, try to find solution for it. Discuss the negative impact of not fulfilling the basics duties of a citizen with your family and local community. Then you can do things like
whe
Spreading awareness / literacy in rural and slum areas. Aware them about the affects of child marriage. Organize free health and literacy campaign.
Help beggars by donating money, food, blanket and dress. Donate poor children dress, book, pen, pencil. Inform police if you see any child labour.
Make people aware and encourage about doing vote, not throwing garbage on public places, and safety issues.
Don't take bribery and encourage others to do so. Do blood donation. It will save a life. If you see any injured person or the person who have accident / other emergency cases please help him to reach hospital.
Encourage people to follow own country culture and heritage, customs.
That's how it will work.

63 years have gone by since India gained independence. In these 6 decades, our nation, with her huge abundance of natural as well as man-maderesources, could have emerged as the world's most powerful democracy. Withan extremely well-composed and principled constitution prepared by some of the best political geniuses and thinkers of that age, India could have reachedunbelievable heights. But as they say, potential and success do not go hand inhand. While India is blessed with a plethora of resources and we have aconstitution that ensures equality to all, the people of this nation hinder theirown development with corruption and bribery. Today, corruption is prominent in all spheres of life. The very essence of democracy is ruined by the corrupt activities that our government servants doto fill their own pockets. While the malpractices were most prominent in theexecutive and legislative systems of the government, very recently, corruptionhas spread dangerously into the judiciary too. The anti-corruption campaignsand awareness programs have failed to restore equality in the variousdepartments of government and an effective mechanism to fight corruption isthe need of the hour. Rather, we need to implement more severe punishmentsto the evil-doers, irrespective of their position and status in the society. TheLokpal and Lok Ayukta are anti-corruption instruments which if implementedproperly, will change the face of politics and take India to new and higherdimensions. The anti-corruption movement initiated by Anna Hazare achieved the solutionto the nation's most challenging problem. Once the Jan Lokpal bill receivesapproval and the Lokpal comes into existence, our political party leaders willhave to follow a completely transparent political procedure. The ordinarycitizen will never have to bow before and bribe the officers for getting his rightsand needs fulfilled. The country's income will now be utilized for the people'sbetterment. Our political parties and their leaders will now work for thecountry's service and not to fill their own pockets. Most of all, our constitutionalprinciples of Liberty and quality will be fostered effectively and followed withdevotion. Let us say, with Lokpal, India will be the new face of change. Allthanks to Anna Hazar
