Answer:

let the polynomial be ax3+ bx2 + cx+d and zeros of  \alpha,\beta,\gamma</p><p></p><p>\alpha +   \beta  +  \gamma  =  - ( - 2)/1 = 2 =  - b/a  \\  \alpha  \beta  +  \beta  \gamma +  \gamma  \alpha  =  - 7 =  - 7/1 = ca \\  \alpha  \beta  \gamma  =  - 14 =  - 14/1 = da \\ a =  b=  - 2 \\c  =  - 7 \\ d = 14
