Answer:

3.66 m/s^2

Explanation:

Let the resultant acceleration be "a"

v^2 = u^2 + 2as

v = √2as

v = u + at

√2as = a(1)

√(2*1.83) = √a

a = 3.66

.the acceleration of the elevator....is

= (g - 12) ft/sec^2

value

g=9.81. m/sec^2=32.185 ft/sec^2

  • the acceleration of the elevator....is

=20.185 ft/sec^2
