Heyy...... those know who only answr. Musclecramp occurs in the absence of O2.. But in night when sleeping it occurs.. Whats the reason...

Its known as sleeping paralysis. it occurs because you may act out your dream, suppose if you are dreaming about playing football, you wold kick in the bed. Another reason is because you may have slept for long in abrupt position and that may have squashed your nerves causing temporary paralysis. You experience that as a cramp when u get up.
