and , present price(PP)=?

we know,

price depreciation rate (R)=r1 is 15 %, r2 is 10% and r3 is 10%

so, price in 2006, (p1) =436000×15÷100=65400(436000-65400)=370600

and price in 2007, p(2)=p1×10÷100=37060(370600+37060=333540)

and, p(3) i.e present price =p(2)×10÷100=33354(333540-33354=300186)

hence , present price , =300186 ans.
