a) Plain:
•The plain fact is that nobody really knows (plain as an adjective)
•The great plains( plain as a noun, which means large area of flat land)

¶Plane:
•The plane took off an hour late. (as noun)
•It is a plane surface (as adj. )


b)Valuable:
The book provides valuable information.(as adj)

¶ Available:
The tickets are available free of charge from the school. ( as adj.)

c) Except
•He works every day except Sunday (as prep)
• Our hats were the same except mine was blue.(as conj.)
• Children born under five are excepted from the survey (as verb)

¶Accept:
