Fluorine, being the most electronegative element, undergoes extensive hydrogen bonding, significantly more than the hydrogen bonding of Chlorine. So, there is much stronger intermolecular attractions in HF than in HCl, due to which more energy is required for HF, and thus it has a higher boiling point.

HF is much more polar than HCl. Because its molecules are heavily associated through hydrogen bonds. ... But hydrogen bonding in HF predominates over the van der Waals force in other hydrogen halides so HF has highest boiling point .
