Hi all , can anyone say about the relationship between power sharing and democracy??​

• Democracy means rule by people or their elected representatives. A successful democracy requires that power be distributed among as many people as possible.

• Moreover as in the case of Belgium and Sri Lanka it is observable that any reduction of conflicts requires democratic power to be shared.

• A balanced power sharing makes a democracy even more prosperous.

This is the relationship between democracy and power sharing.
