HOW WE CAN SOLVE BY HIMSELF THIS PROBLEM
WHEN YOU STARTS UR PC
THEN AFTER 05 SECOND SHOW
"Window is loading file "
PLEASE TELL ME HOW FIX THIS PROBLEM !!!!!!!

usually the computers are having some problems let us list them

I think some technical issue which causing your file to open or update very slowly
by this you are not able to open your windows file
=>do as shown below


=>shut. down your computer
=> restart your computer
=>press F5 and then enter

by this you will be able to open your pc

computers have some internal or technical issues
so please aware of virus

To fix 'Windows is loading files' loop:

The most trusted method is the one where you reinstall windows. Doing so, yo don't lose your data too!

To reinstall:

• Prepare an empty USB/Disk.
• An application 'EaseUS' will open once you insert the USB/Disk.
• Wait for the application to recognize the USB/Disk.
• Click proceed once recognized.
• Select the files you wish to keep/store/scan and find all the lost files.
• Recover the data.
• Restart the PC.
• Press F5. The PC should be working fine then.
